People ask me about what gear I actually use for running and training. This page keeps it all in one place. Nothing fancy — just the shoes, clothes, and equipment that get me through my runs, trails, and strength sessions. If I swap something out, I’ll update this page so you’re always seeing my real setup.

1. Shoes

Road Running

  • Asics Superblast 2 (blue fade / edo purple) – I use these for long runs, easy miles, and any session where I want a lightweight, super-comfortable ride.
  • Asics Gel Pursue 10 (black / yellow / white) – Ideal for fast efforts and tempo runs, especially at short to medium distances (availability may vary by region).
  • Saucony Triumph 22 (mirage black) – For short, base, or recovery runs (nearing end of lifespan).
